As a property Sales Agent, my work is to ensure that Skoyen Estate Agencies Ltd (SEAL) is strategically position to the market field within Nairobi CBD and its environ. Part of my Main duties includes promotion and marketing of properties, As a field agent, my responsibilities includes but not limited to

1. – Property search on behalf of SEAL, this includes searching for properties on sale, or on rent
2. – Looking for buyers, tenants, or lessee on behalf of property owners
3. – Onboarding potential clients to our Agencies for property management and consultancy
4. – Determining market value of properties. through regourous property research we help advice potential client about property prices and value
5. – General property consultancy
